Short Story
My name is Favour Chigozie Tochukwu , a data analyst and student at Nexford University.
A few years ago, I asked my boss for a raise to help pay my tuition. Instead, I was offered a “scholarship” but I wasn’t clearly told I’d have to pay back the entire amount after graduation or be tied to the company for years.
Now, I owe 3500 dollars. This debt is holding me back from pursuing my career and living freely.
I’m humbly asking for your help to clear this debt and regain my freedom.
Every contribution no matter the size will make a huge difference.
📌 Please donate & share so I can move forward and build the future I’ve worked so hard for.
🙏 Thank you and God bless you.

Campaign Story
My name is Favour Chigozie Tochukwu. I am a data analyst and a student at Nexford University, working hard at an FMCG company to build a better future for myself and my family.
A few years ago, I was doing very well at work — delivering results, exceeding expectations, and pouring my heart into my role. Seeing my dedication, I gathered the courage to ask my boss for a salary raise, so I could afford my tuition fees at Nexford University and continue my education.
Instead of a raise, my boss suggested I apply for a company scholarship. I was overjoyed that he would even consider me for such an opportunity. He helped me process the application, and I thought it was a blessing.
But here’s where my life took an unexpected turn…
I wasn’t clearly told that the scholarship came with a heavy condition: I would have to pay back the entire amount after completing my studies or remain bound to work for the company for years to “redeem” myself.
I only realized this after I had accepted it. Now, this has turned into a serious financial and emotional burden. Instead of empowering me, this “help” has become a debt trap boxing me in and holding me down from pursuing the next phase of my career and education.
Today, I owe 3500 dollars to the company. I am appealing to kind-hearted people, strangers, and friends alike please help me raise this amount so I can clear this debt, regain my freedom, and continue building the life I have worked so hard for.
Every single dollar or naira you donate will go directly toward paying off this debt. Your support isn’t just financial it’s giving me a second chance at freedom, dignity, and self-determination.
